10:34 pm	UPDATAGE!! well, er, almost Hi!! Believe it or not, I actually got about a third of the way through an update earlier... but then it was 6pm and time to go home... :P And I WOULD have finished my entry tonight, but I have made a new resolution to go to bed at a more respectable time, as I have not been to bed before 12 for a looooong time (oh, except for a couple of days when I was sick.) 9:29 am	shhh..quick update on the sly.. Apparently today is the day our new 'Commercial Systems' Manager starts... I was walking to Glenn's office and there was this bloke talking to our boss, and he looks like one of the cast from Revenge of the Nerds. EIther that, or he's that wierd little guy from Ghostbusters. He looks like he's a just-graduated accountant. He's about as scary-looking as custard. Do u think he's ever done any 'Managing' ? I am interested / scared / really dreading finding out if my initial impressions are correct. The CEO (who is rarely here) was suggesting in a meeting that this guy would "get the Engineering Dept in shape"... although I thought this department was the only one that got things done... bbl Current Mood: amused but apprehensive Current Music: Powderfinger - Love your way (Comment on this)

7:50 pm	A Vent! ;) when:about 6pm where:Mill Pt Road (on way to beach) i. I seriously sometimes reckon drivers under a certain age (and yeah I'm thinking males) should be banned from driving high-powered cars... or maybe just when they're carrying passengers.. Or maybe they should just have to pass a psychological test; a "dickhead" test maybe, ie "with mates in my car will I drive like a dickhead?" Oh well at least they missed me....just! ii. I need to get a much louder horn. =) On a brighter note, the beach was excelllent. Hardly anyone else was in probably because it was so windy, but water was nice.
